Lincence Agreement

This Lincence Agreement is between Customer ("Licensee"), and Ivohost.com collectively referred to as the "Parties".

1. Lincence Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Ivohost hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable lincence to use the software ("Ivohost Meet Software") for video calls, screen sharing, chat, meetings, conferences, for one server and domain specified by Licensee. This lincence permits the use of the Software to the specified server and domain. One server can serve at least 10.000 users.

2. Customization and Branding

Licensee may customize the Software by adding custom content such as text, logo, and images. However, Licensee agrees that the Ivohost logo and copyright label must remain prominently displayed at the bottom of the index page of the Software.

3. Deployment and Support

Deployment of the Software and technical support are included in the lincence fee. Ivohost shall provide reasonable technical support to Licensee for the duration of this Agreement.

4. Source Code

The source code of the Software is not included in this lincence. Licensee acknowledges that Ivohost retains all rights to the Software and its source code.

5. Ownership

Ivohost retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant Licensee any ownership rights to the Software.

6. Permitted Use

Licensee may use the Software for its organisation, personnel, customers and users. Licensee shall not sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Software to any third party without the prior written consent of Ivohost.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Macedonia, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

8. Technical Requirements

Server or VPS, 2 CPU, 4 GB Ram, 50 GB Hard Disk, Fast internet, Linux operating system.
Web browser Chrome or Chromium, version 90 or more.
